For those with existing stress or health disharmonies, or for those simply wishing to participate in maintaining good health, harmony and well being, the Art of Jin Shin Jyutsu is a simple and powerful tool, available to us at all times.

One-Hour Introductory Lectures

Discussions, demonstrations and handouts will give you new awareness and ability to apply this art to yourself. You will experience the profound effects of this gentle non-invasive art, while learning simple self-help tools to restore harmony within whenever needed.

One-Day Self-Help Classes

Class discussions, demonstrations and handouts will give you the ability to apply this art to yourself as well as give you a greater understanding of the connection between the mind, body and physical health. You will learn how to restore harmony and well being in a natural non-ivasive, drug free manner with daily self-maintenance.

          May 11, 2002 - Choices Wellness Center, Marlborough - 9:00am-4:00pm
